Our cGMP storage and distribution facilities located in Los Angeles, California, Jessup Maryland and Dulles, Virginia offer complete temperature controlled warehousing services with Validated Controlled Ambient Temperature Storage (15 °C – 30 °C), Validated Freezers for -20 °C, -30 °C, -35 °C, -40 °C and -80 °C and 2-8 °C Cold Rooms.  

Additionally, we have validated temperature controlled warehouses set at 22.5 °C .  The temperature monitoring systems continuously reads the temperatures from multiple T2 thermocouples located throughout the storage facilities. These readings are stored permanently and the system is programmed to activate an alarm if the sensors detect a reading outside the acceptable set points.  We also have validated -20 °C, -30 °C, -35 °C and -80 °C uprights available at the Dulles and Jessup locations.  Power is backed up in all locations by natural gas generators. 

Cavalier operates the facility under cGMP guidelines, 21 CFR Parts 210-880 and has written SOPs for all processes.  We specialize in the storage and global distribution of GMP products as well as, diagnostic and pharmaceutical goods of all kinds.
