Coronavirus Update
Dear Customers & Friends,
As we collectively face the pandemic brought on by the coronavirus, we want to inform you that Cavalier Logistics is striving to work as normally as possible during this global crisis.
We are continuously and closely monitoring the situation and we are implementing best practices to continue assisting our customers. The health and the well-being of our employees is of the highest priority so we can continue to provide the high service levels you are accustomed to. To that end, our staff is already working remotely where possible. Our Commercial and Operational teams are in constant communications with our clients through email and phone, with essential personnel only working from our offices. Even with these practices in place, we are still fully operational.
We are working diligently to find the best routings and services for your shipments, with our overall goal being to ensure your supply chain is impacted as minimally as possible. As we continually monitor the evolving situation with the airlines and routings, please note that we also have access to part and full charter services. These give us additional options to ensure your shipments get to and from Europe with the least disruption.
At Cavalier Logistics we stand in solidarity with those affected by the virus. Our responsibility is to remain strong for our customers and the families that depend on us. Please stay up-to-date with the news and information provided on the CDC website regarding the contagion and spread of the virus. Containment is certainly the key focus at this time, and we urge everyone to do their part to ensure we get through these difficult times as quickly as possible.
Please do not hesitate to contact your local operational and commercial contacts should you have any questions, or if there is anything we can do for you.
We remain extremely grateful for the continued support our clients and partners have for Cavalier, and we look forward to standing beside you through this challenging time, and for many years to come.
Sincerely,
Tim Holdaway
President & CEO
