For the seasoned Sales Executive who is well established in the logistics industry, Cavalier has created a short induction plan that will introduce you to the culture at Cavalier and give you a strong foundation upon which to begin your career with Cavalier. 

To support those who are new to logistics sales (or just sales in general), Cavalier has developed a comprehensive Sales Training Program. The first six months of your career with the Company will consist of in-depth training of the services we perform for our customers. This training program encompasses all aspects of the industry – Import, Export, Air and Ocean. Additionally, you will take part in the Sandler High-Tech Selling System program.
