In 2006 Cavalier Logistics opened our Yacht Transportation Division. The success in the folllowing year has been phenomenal. In recognition of the demand for high quality service in this sector, Cavalier is proud to announce the opening of a new office in Charleston, South Carolina which is entirely dedicated to Yacht Transportation.

In another exciting development we are pleased to welcome Kathy Morris and Minna Hoikkala to the Cavalier family. Between them Kathy and Minna bring over 30 years experience in the Yacht Transportation arena and are the ideal candidates to head the YT Division.

Located in the heart of historic Charleston, South Carolina the new Cavalier office will be the focal point for the company’s global yacht movements. The industry has exploded over the last decade especially with the increase in wealth in emerging markets like China, India, Russia and South America.. The US market has slowed with the credit concerns but the recent weakness in the US Dollar has helped the export market which shows no sign of slowing down. Even in the US market the sales of the larger yachts has increased and with it the demand for high end service providers and this is exactly what Cavalier offers, the highest quality of service.
